The goal of the Pretrial Release program will, where authorized or requested by the Court monitor and supervise pretrial individuals. The Clinton County Community Service Program is an Alternative to Incarceration Program (ATI) that provides a community service sentencing program as an alternative to incarceration for all criminal courts in Clinton County. The Clinton County Pretrial Services Program is an Alternative to Incarceration Program (ATI) that provides pretrial services as an alternative to incarceration for all criminal courts in Clinton County.

The goal of the Pretrial Release program will, where authorized or requested by the Court monitor and supervise pretrial individuals. This agency also refers clients for community service, court advocacy, counseling, educational services, enhanced information service, fine imposition/collection, housing assistance, intensive supervision, intermittent incarceration, job-placement assistance, mediation, recreational services, residential services and restitution. Target populations are low-income pretrial detainees.
